Cackalacky Beginner Challenge

The 2nd annual CBC, we will be held on December 12, 2009. This competition specifically focuses on dancers with less than 18 months experience. CBC provides the opportunity for interaction between the judges and beginning competitors who would normally be overshadowed by veteran competitors. We hope to create a friendly introduction to the world of ballroom dance that encourages competitors to dance for the sake of dancing rather than placement. We expect over 100 competitors from area schools and dance studios.

Triangle Open

On February 5, 2010, the Dancing with Wolves will be hosting the 12th Triangle Open. This competition is open to all amateur competitors and attracts dancers from all over the country. It started with only a handful of local schools, but has since grown to gain National recognition. This years event is a USA Dance sanctioned event. Therefore, you must be a USA Dance member to participate. Proficiency Points will be awarded! We anticipate over 300 competitors and 200 spectators in attendance for this competition.
