Wayne and Marie are four time USA Dance Amateur Champions in Latin and a 3-time USA representative to the IDSF World Latin Championships which were held in Belgium, Spain and Italy.  The Crowders have won numerous Regional Standard and Latin Championship titles and were  Standard finalist in the USA DanceSport National Championships.   
 

Wayne and Marie are Championship Adjudicators and are proud members of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (the ISTD), with the following degrees: 

•   Associate (Marie) Licentiate (Wayne) International Standard
•   Licentiate International Latin
•   Licentiate American Smooth
•   Licentiate American Rhythm

Wayne also serves on the National Committee of the United States Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and as a Dancesport Delegate for USA Dance. Marie serves as Membership Services Director of the United States Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and is a Regional Coordinator for USA Dance.
 

Angelo Cristobal
     amateur coach, Bronze & Silver team

Angelo started dancing in 2001 as a freshman in the club. He regularly competes with his partner Kayla Ewing in both International style Standard and International style Latin dancing. Together, they are national champions in Gold Latin (2005), Gold Standard (2005), and Novice Latin (2007). A former president in the club, Angelo now serves as the bronze coach.
 

Harsh Upadhyay and Jessica Richards

Harsh Upadhyay is the primary bronze team instructor. Harsh began dancing in Fall 2006 and is the 2008 National Bronze Latin Champion (with Nika F.). Jessica is the current club treasurer and the bronze and one of the newcomer team instructors. She has been dancing for two years and competes in both International style Standard and International style Latin dancing. Jessica is the 2008 National Bronze Rhythm and Smooth Champion (with Aksel Davis).

Aksel and Lianne have been dancing together since their start in Fall 2006. Aksel is the current president and Lianne is the vice president of the club. They serve as the weekly Newcomer level instructors occasionally teaching bronze lessons. Together they compete in International and American style dancing, and Aksel is the 2008 Bronze Rhythm and Smooth National Champion (with Jessica Richards).
 

Visiting Coaches

The club occasionally has the help of many coaches that live in North Carolina or visit North Carolina. Some coaches that have taught the team are Inga Sirrkaite, Robertas Maleckis, Wendi Davies, Vitaliy Vdovichenko, Lyuda Borodulina, Dan Calloway, Victor Fung, and Tomas Atkocevicius.
