Liaise with club sports, outline and call bi-monthly meetings, manage other positions

Vice-President: Ben Cook

NCSU community and Triangle community outreach (requests for performances by the dance team, for assistance with area events, goes through this person)

Secretary: Casey Huntington

Responsible for taking and turning in attendance for all events (lessons, dances, etc.), writing up meeting minutes, taking and running clothing orders

Treasurer: Jay Spakowski

In charge of dues, registrations fees, receipts, reimbursement requests, preparing annual budget report.

Team Captain: Julie Horsting

Responsible for coordinating our team's housing and transportation for comps, and coordinating housing for other teams for CBC and TO. Responsible for ensuring team gets registered for comps.

Social Chair: Kimberly Spence and Caitlin Daniels

Coordinator for the entire social aspect of the team - social dances, social lessons, ensuring reservations in Talley for the aforementioned events.

Advertising Chair: Kenley Lesak

Responsible for working with other board members to plan and implement advertising strategies for DWW events, responsible for coordinating chalking and fliers and such, for working to recruit outside organizations and sponsorships for events hosted by the team. Basically ensure that the campus always knows what's going on in DWW.

Fundraising Chair: Evan Harms

Brand new position. Work on bringing in money for the team. Coordinates efforts like working football and bball games, bake sales, car washes, 50/50 raffles, etc. Also works with advertising to solicit sponsorships for TO and CBC from outside businesses.

Webmaster: Keith Kapral

Keeps website updated with meeting minutes, comp results, schedules. Keeps website navigable by team members and outsiders interested in DWW
